That the report "License Appeal - 1040 Ski Ridge Trail (Trofimov) be received for information and further That the Committee does not approve the appeal for the denied application and further That the demerit points be waived.

That the Deputation of Krystle Shannon, Paralegal on behalf of Michael and Brianne Richards, 1309 White Lake Road be received for information.

That report "License Appeal HE-STR25-00044 (Richards) be received for information, and further That the Committee render a decision regarding license HE-STR25-00044 in the Municipality of Highlands East by refusing to issue a license to Michael and Brianne Richards of 1309 White Lake Road and direct the appellants to make re-application to the Municipality of Highlands East once their property has been brought into compliance with the Municipality’s Comprehensive Zoning By-law.
