Be it resolved that the Haliburton County Library Board receives the report on Cost-ofLiving Adjustments + Benefits Changes; and that the cost-of-living increases negotiated by CUPE Local 1960 and adopted for County non-unionized staff for the years 2024 to 2027 be provided to library staff members, effective pay period 1 of each year; and that the benefit changes be adopted for library staff, per Policy HR-17 (NonUnion Compensation and Benefits).
