Be it resolved that the Haliburton County Library Board accepts the consent agenda for the September 8, 2021 Regular meeting as presented.

Be it resolved that the Haliburton County Library Board for an ad hoc personnel committee to review and draft a CEO performance evaluation process for short and long term reviews, and that the committee should consist of Curry Humphreys, Sally Howson and David O'Brien.
