Be it resolved that the Haliburton County Library Board receives the County Librarian's report for the period ending February 28, 2021 for information purposes.

Be it resolved that in accordance with best practices and to ensure that the Haliburton County Library Board fulfills its duties as an employer, that the library board adopt the 2021 Health & Safety Policy Statement, the 2021 Health & Safety Duties and Responsibilities policy, and the Workplace Violence, Harassment & Sexual Harassment policy; And furthermore receive the Senior Management Commitment reviewed annually by the County Department Heads, including the Library CEO, for information; And renew their commitment to Health & Safety annually through the adoption of these policies in accordance with Section 25 (2) of the Occupational Health & Safety Act.
