Be it resolved that the Haliburton County Library Board approve the transfer of $12,600 from 2013 revenue into a Trillium Fund Reserve for furnishings for the Wilberforce Branch. Be it also resolved that $1,721.19 from CAP Reserves to revenue effective December 31, 2013 for a nil year end reserve balance. Be it also resolved that the Haliburton County Library Board approve the transfer of $13,159.32 from the general reserve effective December 31, 2013 for a year end reserve balance of $12,366.82.
