Be it resolved that the Administration, Maintenance, Construction and Engineering Status Reports dated November 26, 2014 be received for information by Haliburton County Council.

Be it resolved that the November 26, 2014 update report on the Minden EMS Base be received for information by Haliburton County Council.

Be it resolved that the November 26, 2014 staff report on the agreement with Ontario Telemedicine Network for personal videoconferencing services in connection with the County's Community Paramedicine initiative be received by Haliburton County Council and that the necessary authorizing bylaw be presented for approval.

Be it resolved that the November 26, 2014 staff report on the proposed Doors Open 2015 Highlands East event be received by Haliburton County Council and that the County move forward with support of the event as outlined in the report.

Be it resolved that the November 26, 2014 staff report on the 2015 Destination Guide Cover be received by Haliburton County Council and that the option on Page 1 of the attachment to the Staff Report be selected as the Destination Guide cover page with the snowmobile picture instead of the kayak picture.

Be it resolved that the November 2014 Accounts Listing be approved by Haliburton County Council.

Be it resolved that the Cheque Register for October 2014 with cheques totalling $1,691,432.50 be approved by Haliburton County Council.

Be it resolved that the November 26, 2014 staff report on the Payroll Register with net deposits totalling $352,368.34 be approved by Haliburton County Council.

Be it resolved that the Revenue and Expenditure Report for the period ending October 31, 2014 be received for information by Haliburton County Council.

Be it resolved that the November 26, 2014 staff report on the Ontario Municipal Partnership Funding for 2015 be received for information by Haliburton County Council.

Be it resolved that the Correspondence Listing Report for the period October 3, 2014 to November 21, 2014 be received for information by Haliburton County Council.

Be it resolved that Haliburton County Council support the September 22, 2014 Collingwood Town Council resolution calling on Canada Post reconsider its decision to eliminate home to home postal delivery.

Be it resolved that the Planning Department Status Report dated November 26, 2014 be received for information by Haliburton County Council.

Be it resolved that the November 26, 2014 staff report on the Orthophotography Licensing Agreement with AltEng Inc. be received by Haliburton County Council and that the necessary authorizing bylaw be presented for approval.

Be it resolved that the Haliburton County Rail Trail Corridor Status Report dated November 26, 2014 be received for information by Haliburton County Council.

Be it resolved that the November 26, 2014 staff report on 2015 Property and Liability Insurance Coverage be received for information by Haliburton County Council and that County Staff seek a renewal proposal from JLT Insurance.

Be it resolved that the November 26, 2014 staff report on the renewal of the Rogers Business Solutions Contract be received by Haliburton County Council and that County Staff proceed with the one year renewal of high speed connections at various municipal office locations across the County and that the necessary authorizing bylaw be presented for approval.

Be it resolved that the County of Haliburton participate in the sponsorship of the 2014 Haliburton Highlands Chamber of Commerce Warden's Award to be given out at the Chamber's Gala Event in February 2015.

Be it resolved that the November 26, 2014 staff report on the County of Haliburton Land Division Committee's Severance Activity Report to October 31, 2014 and the decisions from the October 20, 2014 meeting be received for information by Haliburton County Council.

Be it resolved that Bylaw 3656 being a bylaw to authorize the execution of an agreement with Ontario Telemedicine Network be considered read a first, second and third time and finally passed and the seal of the Corporation be affixed.

Be it resolved that Bylaw 3657 being a bylaw to authorize the execution of an Orthophotography Licensing Agreement with AltEng Inc. be considered read a first, second and third time and finally passed and the seal of the Corporation be affixed.

Be it resolved that Bylaw 3658 being a bylaw to authorize the execution of an Agreement with Rogers Business Solutions be considered read a first, second and third time and finally passed and the seal of the Corporation be affixed.

Be it resolved that the Bylaw 3659 being a bylaw to confirm the proceedings of the November 26, 2014 meeting of Haliburton County Council be considered read a first, second and third time and finally passed and the seal of the Corporation be affixed.
