Be it resolved that the October 22, 2014 Haliburton County Council Agenda be approved.

Be it resolved that the minutes of the September 24, 2014 meeting of Haliburton County Council be adopted as circulated.

Be it resolved that the recommendations from the October 8, 2014 meeting of the Haliburton County Council Road Committee be adopted by Haliburton County Council.

Be it resolved that the recommendations from the October 8, 2014 meeting of the Haliburton County Council Emergency Services Committee be adopted by Haliburton County Council.

Be it resolved that the October 22, 2014 staff report on Ambulance Response Time Standard Requirements for 2015 be received by Haliburton County Council and that the County implement the County of Haliburton Ambulance Response Time Plan for the calendar year of 2015 as outlined in the staff report dated October 22, 2014.

Be it resolved that the October 22, 2014 update on the Minden EMS Base Project be received for information by Haliburton County Council.

Be it resolved that the October 22, 2014 staff report on the Site Plan Agreement with the Township of Minden Hills be received by Haliburton County Council and that the necessary authorizing bylaw be presented for approval.

Be it resolved that the October 22, 2014 staff report on the RED Programme Funding for the County Tourism Department's Marketing and Branding Project be received by Haliburton County Council and that the necessary authorizing bylaw be presented for approval.

Be it resolved that the recommendations from the October 8, 2014 meeting of the Haliburton County Council Finance and Correspondence Committee be adopted by Haliburton County Council.

Be it resolved that the Planning Department Status Report dated October 22, 2014 be received for information by Haliburton County Council.

Be it resolved that the October 22, 2014 staff report on the Ontario Municipal Cycling Infrastructure Programme Consultation be received by Haliburton County Council and that the County submit the responses contained in the October 22, 2014 staff report to the Ministry of Transportation.

Be it resolved that the October 22, 2014 staff report on the release of County Road Data for GPS purposes be received for information by Haliburton County Council.

Be it resolved that the Haliburton County Rail Trail Corridor Status Report dated October 22, 2014 be received for information by Haliburton County Council.

Be it resolved that the October 22, 2014 staff report on the duties of the County Warden be received for information by Haliburton County Council.

Be it resolved that Haliburton County Council receives for information, the following minutes and reports from External Boards and Agencies:  The September 18, 2014 minutes of the Haliburton Kawartha Pine Ridge District Board of Health  The August 18, 2014 minutes of the Eastern Ontario Wardens' Caucus meeting  The October 6, 2014 draft minutes of the Haliburton County Library Board meeting

Be it resolved that the October 22, 2014 staff report on the County of Haliburton Land Division Committee's Severance Activity Report to September 30, 2014 be received for information by Haliburton County Council.

Be it resolved that the October 22, 2014 staff report on office hours over the Christmas/New Year's Holiday period be received by Haliburton County Council and that the County Administration Office be closed from noon on Wednesday December 24, 2014 and reopen on Monday January 5, 2015.

Be it resolved that Bylaw 3649 being a bylaw to authorize the execution of a Data Sharing Agreement with Emergency Services Chiefs of Canada be considered read a first, second and third time and finally passed and the seal of the Corporation be affixed.

Be it resolved that Bylaw 3650 being a bylaw to authorize the execution of Winter Road Maintenance Agreements with the Township of Algonquin Highlands, the Municipality of Dysart et al, the Municipality of Highlands East and the Township of Minden Hills be considered read a first, second and third time and finally passed and the seal of the Corporation be affixed.

Be it resolved that Bylaw 3651 being a bylaw to appoint bylaw enforcement officers for the removal of vehicles interfering with the movement of traffic or with the clearing of snow from County roads be considered read a first, second and third time and finally passed and the seal of the Corporation be affixed.

Be it resolved that Bylaw 3652 being a bylaw to authorize the execution of a Site Plan Agreement with The Township of Minden Hills be considered read a first, second and third time and finally passed and the seal of the Corporation be affixed.

Be it resolved that Bylaw 3653 being a bylaw to authorize the execution of a funding agreement with Her Majesty the Queen in Right of Ontario as represented by the Minister of Agriculture, Food and Rural Affairs be considered read a first, second and third time and finally passed and the seal of the Corporation be affixed.

Be it resolved that Bylaw 3654 being a bylaw to amend County of Haliburton Bylaw No 2326 to allow for a three way stop at the intersection of County Road No. 18 and Conestoga Road be considered read a first, second and third time and finally passed and the seal of the Corporation be affixed.

Be it resolved that Bylaw 3655 being a bylaw to confirm the proceeding of the October 22, 2014 meeting of Haliburton County Council be considered read a first, second and third time and finally passed and the seal of the Corporation be affixed.
