Be it resolved that the July 23, 2014 staff report on EMS call volumes for the period January 1 to June 30, 2014 be received for information by Haliburton County Council.

Be it resolved that the July 23, 2014 staff report recommending the County switch the electronic patient care record platform to iMedic be received by Haliburton County Council and that the County proceed with switching to iMedic ePCR system developed by Interdev Technologies Inc. as per the staff recommendation.

Be it resolved that July 23, 2014 update on the Minden EMS Base project be received for information by Haliburton County Council and that the County proceed with a 3' high stone band around the building and replace the proposed stone veneer on each side and above the two middle garage bay doors with prefinished horizontal wood siding at a revised cost of $18,850.00 plus HST.

Be it resolved that the Tourism Department Monthly Status Report dated July 23, 2014 be received for information by Haliburton County Council.

Be it resolved that the July 23, 2014 staff report on the results of the 2015 Destination Guide RFP be received by Haliburton County Council and that Parker Pad and Printing be engaged to create and print the 2015 #MyHaliburtonHighlands Destination Guide at a cost of $40,000.00 including HST.

Be it resolved that the July 2014 Accounts Listing be approved by Haliburton County Council.

Be it resolved that the Cheque Register for June 2014 with cheques totaling $663,745.18 be approved by Haliburton County Council.

Be it resolved that the July 23, 2014 staff report on the Payroll Register with net deposits totaling $339,014.12 be approved by Haliburton County Council.

Be it resolved that the July 23, 2014 staff report on the Enabling Accessibility Fund be received by Haliburton County Council and that the County proceed with submitting an application for funding to provide standby power at the County Office that will allow the elevator lift to operate during a power outage.

Be it resolved that the July 23, 2014 staff report on the County of Haliburton's Energy Conservation and Demand Management Plan be received by Haliburton County Council and that the Plan be ratified by Haliburton County Council; used as a basis for reporting to the Province of Ontario as required under Ontario Regulation 397/11 and that future energy conservation measures and sustainability initiatives as identified in the Plan be undertaken by the County of Haliburton subject to approval of annual Capital and Operating Budgets.

Be it resolved that the July 23, 2014 staff report on quotations received for a colour photo copier for the Planning and the Public Works Departments be received by Haliburton County Council and the quotation from Office Connections for the purchase of a Konica Minolta Bizhub Colour Copier C224e at a cost of $5,179.00 plus HST be accepted.

Be it resolved that the 2013 Audit Management Letter dated June 25, 2014 be received for information by Haliburton County Council.

Be it resolved that the July 23, 2014 staff report on the County of Haliburton Land Division Committee's Severance Activity Report to June 30, 2014 and the decision from the July 14, 2014 meeting be received for information by Haliburton County Council.

Be it resolved that Bylaw 3642 being a bylaw to authorize the execution of a licensing agreement with U-Links Centre for Community Based Research for digital data be considered read a first, second and third time and finally passed and the seal of the Corporation be affixed.
