Be it resolved that the June 25, 2014 presentation by Paul MacInnes, Coalition of Haliburton Property Owners Associations concerning their Shoreline Classification and Restoration Project be received for information by Haliburton County Council.

Be it resolved that the June 25, 2014 presentation by Paul MacInnes, Coalition of Haliburton Property Owners Associations concerning their Shoreline Classification and Restoration Project be received for information by Haliburton County Council and that Haliburton County Council authorizes the release of GIS products necessary to facilitate the Coalition of Haliburton Property Owners in the completion of the shoreline evaluation project on specific lakes within Haliburton County subject to the execution of the necessary agreement by U-Links Centre for Community Based Research.

Be it resolved that Haliburton County Council receive and approve the draft Audited County of Haliburton Consolidated Financial Statements for the year ending December 31, 2013 as presented by BDO Canada LLP and that they be posted on the County of Haliburton website.

Be it resolved that the recommendations from the June 11, 2014 meeting of the Haliburton County Council Road Committee be adopted by Haliburton County Council.

Be it resolved that the recommendations from the June 11, 2014 meeting of the Haliburton County Council Tourism Committee be adopted by Haliburton County Council.

Be it resolved that the June 25, 2014 County Planning Staff Report on Amendment No. 11 to the Official Plan of the Municipality of Dysart et al be received by Haliburton County Council and that County Council approves Amendment No. 11 to the Official Plan of the Municipality of Dysart et al that was adopted by the Council for the Municipality of Dysart et al on May 27, 2014 under Bylaw No 2014-43. Be it resolved that the June 25, 2014 County Planning Staff Report on Amendment No. 12 to the Official Plan of the Municipality of Dysart et al be received by Haliburton County Council and that County Council approves Amendment No. 12 to the Official Plan of the Municipality of Dysart et al that was adopted by the Council for the Municipality of Dysart et al on May 27, 2014 under Bylaw No 2014-45.

Be it resolved that the June 25, 2014 staff report on the Orthophotography Licensing Agreement with Water's Edge Environmental Solutions Team be received for information by Haliburton County Council and that the necessary authorizing bylaw be presented for approval.

Be it resolved that the June 25, 2014 status report on the Haliburton County Rail Trail Corridor be received for information by Haliburton County Council.

Be it resolved that the June 25, 2014 staff report on the membership agreement with Ontario One Call be received by Haliburton County Council and that the necessary bylaw authorizing the Warden and the County Clerk to execute a membership agreement with Ontario One Call be presented for approval.

Be it resolved that the June 25, 2014 staff report on a License of Occupation Agreement with Haisung Hong in connection with the redevelopment of the property at the intersection of Highway 35 and County Road 21 be received by Haliburton County Council and that the necessary bylaw authorizing the execution of a License of Occupation Agreement with Haisung Hong be presented for approval.

Be it resolved that Haliburton County Council enter into closed session as per the Municipal Act, 2001 as amended for the following reason: - personal matters about an identifiable individual, including municipal or local board employees.

Be it resolved that Councillor Barb Reid and/or Councillor Danielsen be authorized on behalf of County Council to attend and speak at the July 8, 2014 meeting of Kawartha Lakes City Council concerning the proposed housing help centre and the need for the City to issue a Request for Proposals to administer this programme on behalf of the City of Kawartha Lakes and the County of Haliburton.

Be it resolved that Bylaw 3634 being a bylaw to authorize the execution of a membership agreement with Ontario One Call be considered read a first, second and third time and finally passed and the seal of the Corporation be affixed.
