Be it resolved that Haliburton County Council approves the 2013-2017 Multi-Year Joint Accessibility Plan and that the Plan be posted on the County Web Site and circulated to the local library branches and municipal offices.

Canada Inc. for lands located in Part of Lots 19 to 22, Concession 8 and Part of Lots 21 & 22, Concession 9, Geographic Township of Harburn, now in the Municipality of Dysart et al to extend the lapsing of draft approval to October 15, 2014.

Be it resolved that the September 25, 2013 staff report on the County Shoreline Tree Preservation Bylaw and the Forestry Conservation Bylaw be received by Haliburton County Council and that County Staff prepare draft amending bylaws for consideration by County Council.

Be it resolved that the September 25, 2013 staff report on the Source Water Protection License Agreement with the Lake Simcoe Region Conservation Authority be received by Haliburton County Council and that the necessary authorizing bylaw be presented to County Council for approval.

Be it resolved that the Haliburton County Rail Trail Corridor Status Report dated September 25, 2013 be received for information by Haliburton County Council.

Be it resolved that the September 25, 2013 staff report on the request by the Haliburton ATV Association to allow ATVs on the Haliburton County Rail Trail Corridor on May 1, 2014 be received by Haliburton County Council and that the request be granted subject to the same conditions as was granted in 2013; and Further that the annual cleanup of the Trail by the Haliburton ATV Association be coordinated with the County of Haliburton Public Works during the last two weeks of April.

Be it resolved that the September 25, 2013 staff report on entrance locations to the County owned property at 12410 Highway 35 be received by Haliburton County Council and that County Staff proceed with contacting the Ministry of Transportation for approval in principle of the proposed entrances to the property from Highway 35.

Be it resolved that Haliburton County Council receives for information the following minutes and reports from External Boards and Agencies: The Minutes of the June 11, 2013 and the July 23, 2013 meetings of the Point in Time Centre for Children, Youth and Parents Board, The June 10, 2013 meeting minutes of the Haliburton Highlands Health Services Professional Recruitment Committee, Draft minutes of the September 4, 2013 meeting of the Haliburton County Library Board

Be it resolved that the September 25, 2013 Year to Date Report and the September 9, 2013 Decisions of the Land Division Committee be received by Haliburton County Council for information.

Be it resolved that Bylaw 3576 being a bylaw to authorize the assumption of lands acquired for the purpose of widening County Road No. 21 be considered read a first, second and third time and finally passed and the seal of the Corporation be affixed.

Be it resolved that Bylaw No. 3577 being a bylaw to amend Bylaw No. 3392 being a bylaw to reduce the speed limit on a portion of County Road No. 21 be considered read a first, second and third time and finally passed and the seal of the Corporation be affixed.

Be it resolved that Bylaw No. 3578 being a bylaw to authorize the execution of a data licensing agreement with the Lake Simcoe Region Conservation Authority be considered read a first, second and third time and finally passed and the seal of the Corporation be affixed.

Be it resolved that Bylaw No. 3579 being a bylaw to confirm the proceedings of the September 25, 2013 meeting of Haliburton County Council be considered read a first, second and third time and finally passed and the seal of the Corporation be affixed.
