Be it resolved that the minutes of the June 26, 2013 meeting of Haliburton County Council be adopted as circulated.

Be it resolved that the recommendations from the July 10, 2013 meeting of the Haliburton County Council Road Committee be adopted as circulated.

Be it resolved that the recommendations from the July 10, 2013 meeting of the Haliburton County Council Emergency Services Committee be adopted as circulated.

Be it resolved that the recommendations from the July 10, 2013 meeting of the Haliburton County Council Tourism Committee be adopted as circulated.

Be it resolved that the recommendations from the July 10, 2013 meeting of the Haliburton County Council Finance and Correspondence Committee be adopted as circulated.

Be it resolved that the July 24, 2013 Planning Status Report be received for information by Haliburton County Council.

Be it resolved that the July 24, 2013 staff report recommending the County of Haliburton enter into a data sharing agreement with the District Municipality of Muskoka be received by Haliburton County Council and that Haliburton County Council authorize the release of GIS products necessary to facilitate the District Municipality of Muskoka in the preparation of maps for local analysis of the 4th Muskoka Watershed Page 3 of 7 Report Card subject to the execution of the necessary agreement by the District Municipality of Muskoka and that the necessary authorizing bylaw be presented for approval.

Be it resolved that the July 24, 2013 staff report on the transfer of lands from New Urban Haliburton Inc. for road widening purposes be received by Haliburton County Council and that the necessary authorizing bylaw be presented for approval.

Be it resolved that the July 24, 2013 staff report on the County of Haliburton 2013 EMS Budget Revision be received by Haliburton County Council and that the necessary changes to the budget to incorporate the additional funding from the Ministry of Health and Long Term Care be approved.

Be it resolved that the Haliburton County Rail Trail Corridor Status Report dated July 24, 2013 be received for information by Haliburton County Council.

Be it resolved that the July 24, 2013 staff report on the sale of surplus County lands on County Road No. 16 to Dennis and Nancy Hartwig be received by Haliburton County Council and that the necessary authorizing bylaw be presented for approval.

Be it resolved that Haliburton County Council receives for information the following minutes and reports from External Boards and Agencies: - Minutes of the May 16, 2013 meeting of the Haliburton Kawartha Pine Ridge Board of Health.

Be it resolved that the July 24, 2013 Year to Date Report and the July 8, 2013 Decisions of the Land Division Committee be received by Haliburton County Council for information.

Be it resolved that Bylaw No. 3568 being a bylaw to authorize the acquisition of lands for the purpose of widening a highway be considered read a first, second and third time and finally passed and the seal of the Corporation be affixed.

Be it resolved that Bylaw 3569 being a bylaw to authorize the sale of lands be considered read a first, second and third time and finally passed and the seal of the Corporation be affixed.

Be it resolved that Bylaw No. 3570 being a bylaw to confirm the proceedings of the July 24, 2013 meeting of Haliburton County Council be considered read a first, second and third time and finally passed and the seal of the Corporation be affixed.
