Be it resolved that the June 26, 2013 Haliburton County Council Agenda be approved as amended.

Be it resolved that the minutes of the May 22, 2013 meeting of Haliburton County Council be adopted as circulated.

Be it resolved that Haliburton County Council receive and approve the draft Audited County of Haliburton Consolidated Financial Statements for the year ending December 31, 2012 as presented by BDO Canada LLP and that they be posted on the County of Haliburton website.

Be it resolved that the June 26, 2013 presentation by Marg Cox, Executive Director and Marie Gage, President with Point in Time Centre for Children Youth and Parents be received for information by Haliburton County Council.

Be it resolved that Haliburton County Council recognizes the After School and Summer Camp programmes operated by Point in Time as parks and Page 2 of 9 recreation services so that these children can benefit and receive the support they require from these programmes.

Be it resolved that the recommendations from the June 12, 2013 meeting of the Haliburton County Council Road Committee be adopted as circulated.

Be it resolved that the recommendations from the June 12, 2013 meeting of the Haliburton County Council Finance and Correspondence Committee be adopted as circulated.

Be it resolved that the June 26, 2013 Planning Status Report be received for information by Haliburton County Council.

Be it resolved that the June 26, 2013 staff report on the transfer of lands from David and Barbara Schellenberg be received by Haliburton County Council and that the necessary authorizing bylaw be presented for approval.

Be it resolved that the Haliburton County Rail Trail Corridor Status Report dated June 26, 2013 be received for information by Haliburton County Council.

Be it resolved that the June 26, 2013 staff report on the Lease Agreement with the Haliburton Highlands Chamber of Commerce be received by Page 4 of 9 Haliburton County Council and that the necessary authorizing bylaw be presented for approval.

Be it resolved that the June 26, 2013 staff report on the request by the West Guilford Recreational Centre to operate two toll stations on July 1, 2013 between the hours of 7:00 p.m. and 9:00 p.m. for the purpose of supporting the Canada Day Fireworks be received by Haliburton County Council and that the two toll stations be allowed to operate on County Road 7 subject to the conditions outlined in the June 26, 2013 staff report.

Be it resolved that the June 26, 2013 staff report on Forest Conservation activities in the County of Haliburton be received by Haliburton County Council for information.

Be it resolved that Haliburton County Council receives for information the following minutes and reports from External Boards and Agencies: Minutes of the April 18, 2013 meeting of the Haliburton Kawartha Pine Ridge Board of Health Minutes of the March 26, 2013 and the May 28, 2013 meetings of the Point in Time Centre for Children, Youth and Parents Board, The April 19, 2013 meeting minutes and the June 14, 2013 meeting highlights of the Eastern Ontario Wardens Caucus, The 2013 Q1 Activity Report from the Kawartha Lakes/Haliburton Joint Social and Housing Services Advisory Committee, The June 11, 2013 Algonquin Land Claim update, March 2013 Algonquin Land Claim Fact Sheet and the June 14, 2013 Letter to Property Owners Associations, Draft minutes of the June 12, 2013 meeting of the Haliburton County Library Board.

Be it resolved that the June 26, 2013 Year to Date Report and the June 10, 2013 Decisions of the Land Division Committee be received by Haliburton County Council for information.

Be it resolved that the County of Haliburton authorize an application to be made to the New Horizons for Seniors Programme on behalf of the Ontario 55 Plus Winter Games Organizing Committee.

Be it resolved that Bylaw 3564 being a bylaw to authorize the execution of a lease agreement with the Haliburton Highlands Chamber of Commerce for the use of the Tourist Information Centre on Highway 35 in Minden Ontario be considered read a first, second and third time and finally passed and the seal of the Corporation be affixed.

Be it resolved that Bylaw 3565 being a bylaw to authorize an agreement with Amanda Ranson be considered read a first, second and third time and finally passed and the seal of the Corporation be affixed.

Be it resolved that Bylaw 3566 being a bylaw to authorize the execution of an agreement with Barbara Jean Schellenberg and David Michael Schellenberg for lands located in Part of Lot 5 Concession 2, Geographic Township of Dysart now in the Municipality of Dysart et al and further designated as Part 3 on RP19R-9490 be considered read a first, second and third time and finally passed and the seal of the Corporation be affixed.

Be it resolved that Bylaw 3567 being a bylaw to confirm the proceedings of the June 26, 2013 meeting of Haliburton County Council be considered read a first, second and third time and finally passed and the seal of the Corporation be affixed.
